ExteNet Systems has established a sound regulatory process that meets community standards and comforms to all required laws and ordinances. We present no environmental impact and achieve compliance with the appropriate regulatory authorities - in close cooperation with our wireless service provider customers.
ExteNet Systems is granted a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) or other certificate of authority by states’ appropriate regulatory commissions:
- This granted authority qualifies and enables ExteNet Systems to deploy DAS networks in the public rights of way
- When this authority is granted, ExteNet Systems uses existing utility poles and conduit infrastructure to co-locate our DAS network infrastructure – primarily antennas, nodes, and fiber optic cable
- ExteNet Systems negotiates pole attachment agreements and rights of way agreements with utility pole owners and jurisdictions. This allows us to economically and efficiently place fiber and node network hardware on their existing poles and infrastructure in the public rights of way
