Intro Text

ExteNet Systems is granted a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) or other certificate of authority by states’ appropriate regulatory commissions:

  • This granted authority qualifies and enables ExteNet Systems to deploy DAS networks in the public rights of way
  • When this authority is granted, ExteNet Systems uses existing utility poles and conduit infrastructure to co-locate our DAS network infrastructure – primarily antennas, nodes, and fiber optic cable
  • ExteNet Systems negotiates pole attachment agreements and rights of way agreements with utility pole owners and jurisdictions. This allows us to economically and efficiently place fiber and node network hardware on their existing poles and infrastructure in the public rights of way

A current list of published tariffs and regulatory approvals is depicted on the following map. For more information about our regulatory status and compliance, please email us at: das@extenetsystems.com.
