photoSupporting Wireless Service Providers with Open Networks that Address Coverage and Capacity Challenges
              • Dead Spots?
              • Dropped Calls?
              • Capacity Constraints?
              • Weak Signals?

We’ve Got It Covered . . . Outside and Inside

Outdoor Use
Our outdoor Open Networks are based on a cost effective Distributed Antenna System (DAS) architecture that supports all Wireless Service Providers and a wide range of frequency bands and technologies. Our Open Networks improve the quality of voice and data services for wireless customers.
space Indoor Use
Our innovative In-Building Network Architecture provides Wireless Service Providers with an ability to address indoor coverage needs quickly and economically.
space Flexibility
Our Open Networks provide an upgradeable, flexible and adaptable architecture with the ability to transmit an extensive combination of standards-based wireless signals from any Wireless Service Provider.
space Operational Support
We provide comprehensive services including design, installation, ongoing operation, maintenance, administration and support.
space Visual Approval
Our unobtrusive network architecture meets the aesthetic concerns of communities and their residents while providing a comprehensive solution for improved wireless services. We typically implement our networks in areas where it’s either too costly or difficult to provide service with traditional methods.
ExteNet Works with Wireless Service Providers to Improve the Quality and Availability
of Wireless Voice and Data Services

Franklin and Bloomfield, Michigan – Wireless Service Providers requested the help of ExteNet to improve coverage in the Franklin and Bloomfield communities. ExteNet worked on behalf of Wireless Service Providers with Franklin and Bloomfield community leaders to implement a quality wireless DAS network for residents that also met the aesthetic concerns of the village and township. ExteNet equipment was installed directly on the existing utility infrastructure, and all Wireless Service Provider equipment was located within an ExteNet managed telecom hub at an existing office complex. space Dallas, Texas – A Wireless Service Provider requested the help of ExteNet to design a network that would alleviate significant capacity challenges that could not be addressed by traditional sites in a timely or cost-effective manner. ExteNet worked hand-in-hand with the Wireless Service Provider to place nodes exactly where needed to eliminate the capacity bottleneck. ExteNet installed DAS nodes on the existing utility infrastructure and utilized an existing macro site for placement of the optical conversion equipment. This helped reduce the overall implementation costs and shortened the implementation timeline. Additionally, the network was designed to easily increase capacity to handle subscriber growth.
