Strategic Market Expansion in Las Vegas
A standout moment in 2023 was our role in ensuring powerful, fast and seamless connectivity for the Formula 1® Las Vegas Grand Prix. During this event, a highlight in the sporting world, Extenet’s extensive fiber footprint in Vegas powered Formula 1 service providers and global broadcast media, enabling instant updates, real-time replays and live streaming for the racing action. Plus, our outdoor wireless networks supported unprecedented fan device usage all along the iconic Las Vegas Strip.
Building on our collaboration with MGM Resorts International, our partnership has grown into the largest in-building 5G enhancement project in the U.S. and now includes its full portfolio of 26 premiere hotels and casinos. The partnership showcases not only our expertise but also our dedication to shaping the city’s digital future.
But our impact goes beyond the Strip. Reaching from Harry Reid International Airport to the top resorts in Sin City, our connectivity footprint has expanded into key data centers and residential markets. This ensures top-notch connectivity for businesses, travelers and residents across the greater Las Vegas area.
Creative Connectivity at Leading Sports & Entertainment Venues
Last year, Extenet made significant network upgrades at the Circuit of The Americas (COTA) to enhance public cellular capacity and bandwidth. This includes 21 strategically placed node locations, more than four miles of fiber, and an impressive 144 fiber strands per node to support critical backhaul. Moreover, our network upgrades at COTA boast full 5G track support, ensuring essential communications for race and safety operations.
Extenet’s connectivity solutions have made us a trusted partner for high-profile venues, including Formula 1 races in Austin and Las Vegas, WNBA Finals games at both Barclays Center in Brooklyn and Michelob ULTRA Arena in Vegas, San Antonio Spurs home games at Frost Bank Center, and the Dallas Cowboys’ home venue AT&T Stadium. Unveiling our New Brand Identity

At the end of 2022, Extenet underwent a comprehensive rebrand, complete with a new logo, website and messaging that honors the company’s legacy with a sharp eye on the future. This transformation was a strategic move to boldly reimagine and reinvent how digital infrastructure is developed and deployed in the telecom industry.
Extenet’s expansion continued into 2023, marked by several exciting developments. Following the pivotal rebrand, another notable milestone was the grand opening of our new headquarters in Frisco, Texas. #ExtenetGives Back to our Local Communities
Extenet’s commitment to creating connections for life extends beyond our work, which is evident in initiatives such as #ExtenetGives volunteer days. From supporting at-risk and homeless children to assisting organizations dedicated to ending domestic violence, our teams actively participated in making a positive impact in the communities where we serve. Nationally, our three office locations plus our remote team came together for Susan G. Komen’s “Race for the Cure” breast cancer awareness walks, raising more than $35,000, which Extenet matched—doubling our impact.
